We measure the slab’s moisture with in-situ relative-humidity probes (ASTM F2170) before a single board is opened, install the right vapor barrier for the assembly, and acclimate the material to the home’s conditioned interior. The result is a floor that stays flat and tight through Florida’s humid summers and the dry, closed-up months when a seasonal home sits empty on the air conditioning.
